The Oneonta History Center at 183 Main Street will host three Pop Up Shops during December.

From Thursday December 3 through Saturday December 5 art pottery and objects from around the world will be featured. Primarily from the collection of Allen and Dorothy Caswell, all proceeds will benefit the Greater Oneonta Historical Society (GOHS).

From Thursday December 10 through Saturday December 12, inventory from the former gift shop at Hartwick College’s Yager Museum of Art and Culture will be featured. Again, all proceeds will benefit GOHS.

From Thursday December 17 through Saturday December 19, the Pop Up Shop will feature the vintage button jewelry of Lynn and Dale Price.  GOHS will receive a percentage of the sale of the rings and other jewelry.

Executive Director Bob Brzozowski says, “The History Center has hosted Pop Up vendors for the last few holiday seasons. Along with the unique items for sale in the gift shop and our holiday displays, including model trains and Santa’s chair and other Christmas memories from Bresee’s Department Store, it’s another reason to visit the History Center.”
