On May 13th 2015, tourism industry members such as accommodation providers, restaurants, attractions and museums will park their cars, open their trunks and share their brochures and promotional material with one another.

The event begins at 5:00 PM, and following the exchange, Erie Canal Cruises will offer a complimentary dinner cruise for registered participants aboard Lil’ Diamond III. The Italian buffet dinner is compliments of the Waterfront Grille and will be accompanied by beverages from regional producers.  Registration for the Exchange is unlimited.

Due to occupancy restrictions, registration for the dinner cruise will be limited to the first 80 industry members with a maximum of two per member. Registrants will receive tickets to the cruise and dinner at the brochure exchange. Any open seats will be filled the day of the event.
