Attraction Description
Built in 1869, the Cooperstown & Charlotte Valley Railroad takes visitors back in time with vintage rail cars and locomotives. Enjoy the scenic beauty and a slow ride through the Upper Susquehanna River Valley traveling thru natures best canopy. You will also see rugged made 1896 bridges spanning the river twice on you exciting ride. See if you can detect where hop vines grow or see that bald eagle making its home along the rail line on your way to historic Cooperstown.
This is a 16 mile round-trip scenic route along Susquehanna River, departing from Milford, returning from Cooperstown. Thursday daily train only, 10 AM departure.
